Objective:
Jetson had seen success selling through big box retailers. But wanting to create a powerhouse B2C brand, the first strategic move was to create an e-commerce platform that would bring our new brand strategy to life.
Insight:
Being a newcomer on the scene, we needed to ensure our audience understood who we are and what we stand for as a brand. We also saw the opportunity to optimize the platform by using it to position ourselves as leaders in the industry with informative, yet accessible and entertaining content, creating the aspirational lifestyle brand our target audience would feel connected to.

Glossary:
Being a part of an industry that was fairly new, there was a lot of education still needed about the products themselves.
With so many parts to the products - and terms that help differentiate between products and increase desirability - it became clear that we needed to be the first to define these for our audience.
We created a glossary of definitions using approachable language that wasn’t muddled with all the technical talk that was a consumer pain point. The glossary also helped maximize our SEO value, helping to increase brand awareness.
